Training
I run occasional training activities. I usually put these together to respond to things I see in industry. I only schedule a couple of training events a year but am always happy to run one with you in house or for your to help me run a public session. I love co-training with people as it is a great way to work together.

Public Speaking
I have spoken at multiple conferences around the world and often come in to offices to talk at brown bag lunches and the like. I am an advocate for better ways of working and can share stories or present practices and theory.

Research and special projects
From time to time I get deeply interested in a particular area. Often I’ll blog about the journey, and sometime I run surveys and publish results. If you’d like to investigate that stuff, head on over to my research projects. In the past I have done deep dives into Project Management, Org design, Planning, and Agile. Currently my focus is on two topics Collaboration and Distributed Working (with international teams emerging as a theme).
